Evelyn Palafox is a recent graduate from San Diego State University, where she received a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She plans to continue her studies by obtaining a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology to continue researching the positive and negative policies in the ever-changing workforce that employees face. In her time at SDSU, she was a member of Society for Human Resource Management. She currently serves as a research assistant in Dr. Lisa Kath’s POWER Lab, which focuses on research within worker stress, worker safety, and harassment/discrimination.

Jeremy Lewis
Jeremy Lewis is a rising senior at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and is majoring in Psychology and Organizational Science. Currently, he is a Peer Adviser in McCabe Hall and works to help students build and improve their resumes, and host career centered networking events for the student body. He has had two Human Resources internships in the past year. One during the spring of 2019 working within his college’s human resources department, and another human resources internship at GreenState Credit union. After graduation, Jeremy plans on going to graduate school but is undecided on what program. Jeremy is interested in becoming the director of learning and development or pursuing a profession that will help companies be more ethical.
Savannah Leslie
Savannah Leslie is a third year graduating senior at San Diego State University where she majors in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is Vice President of SDSU Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology, an Academic Success Tutor in the SDSU Division of Diversity and Inclusion department, and a researcher in two labs on campus—”Culture, Values, and Organizational Behavior” and “Occupational Health and Stress” labs. She has been researching how stigmatization of sexual harassment reporting influences managerial perceptions of a victim/witness’ performance evaluation. She also wrote an article for a psychological encyclopedia about how technology affects work-family conflict and is currently conducting a study regarding the incremental validity of workplace telepressure on ruminative behavior. She plans to further consolidate and widen her research experience through pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She plans to utilize her experience and knowledge gained through a higher degree program toward being an effective researcher, consultant, or organizational development analyst.
Kendra Clark
Kendra Clark is a rising senior at the University of Missouri – St. Louis. She is pursuing a degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication. Kendra is involved in many endeavors, including Psi Chi –The international Honors Society in Psychology as the Student Government Association Representative, The Associated Black Collegians as the Secretary, and working as an intern to help develop the University Studies course. In addition to that, she also works as an undergraduate research assistant in the LoCANS (Laboratory of Cognitive & Affective Neurobiology of Self) lab. Post-graduation, she plans on pursuing a doctorate degree in I/O Psychology.
