Savannah Leslie is a third year graduating senior at San Diego State University where she majors in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is Vice President of SDSU Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology, an Academic Success Tutor in the SDSU Division of Diversity and Inclusion department, and a researcher in two labs on campus—”Culture, Values, and Organizational Behavior” and “Occupational Health and Stress” labs. She has been researching how stigmatization of sexual harassment reporting influences managerial perceptions of a victim/witness’ performance evaluation. She also wrote an article for a psychological encyclopedia about how technology affects work-family conflict and is currently conducting a study regarding the incremental validity of workplace telepressure on ruminative behavior. She plans to further consolidate and widen her research experience through pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She plans to utilize her experience and knowledge gained through a higher degree program toward being an effective researcher, consultant, or organizational development analyst.
