WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE INSTITUTE?

At its core, the goal of the Dr. Shawn Long Organizational Science Institute is to prepare our Fellows for successful careers in the social and behavioral sciences. The time that Fellows spend with our team is immensely valuable, but their academic and professional success afterward is even more meaningful.
