
Erica Anneheim, University of North Carolina at Charlotte
Erica Anneheim is a double major in Psychology and Criminal Justice at
UNC Charlotte (graduating May 2027) and a member of Psi Chi and the
National Criminal Justice Association. Drawing from her experience as an
assistant manager, her research focuses on workplace stress and burnout
within the criminal justice field. Erica aims to improve organizational
environments for justice professionals and aspires to eventually become a
professor of psychological research methods.
Kenadi Clairborne, North Carolina A&T State University
Kenadi, a Psychology major and Business Analytics minor at North Carolina
A&T (graduating December 2026), is a member of Psi Chi and the
Association of Black Psychologists. A Concord native and co-founder of
her high school’s Black Student Union, she is dedicated to advocating for
underrepresented communities. Kenadi aims to leverage her background
in organizational analysis to enhance workplace performance and
inclusivity.
Fernanda Cuevas, San Diego State University
Fernanda Cuevas is a Psychology junior and MARC Scholar at San Diego
State University with a focus on research and clinical psychology. Through
various research-focused programs and academic initiatives, she has
cultivated strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Dedicated to
community engagement and collaborative research, Fernanda plans to
pursue graduate studies to apply psychological research to real-world
challenges and create a lasting social impact.
Peyton Ferree, Nicholls State University
Peyton Ferree recently graduated from Nicholls State University, where she
earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and was recognized on the
President’s List. As a former collegiate athlete and current volleyball coach,
Peyton developed a strong interest in team dynamics, leadership, and the
psychological factors that influence performance and collaboration. During
her undergraduate studies, Peyton conducted research on flavors and
memory, where she ran an experiment to determine if certain flavors
triggered memory responses. After graduation, she conducted an experiment
on Fluid Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence with her mentor, Dr. Chris
Castille. Their work was accepted for presentation at the Southwest
Psychology Association Conference, where Peyton attended and presented
the research poster as a co-author. Through her academic and athletic
experiences, Peyton has developed a passion for studying organizational
behavior.
Journi Symone Harris, North Carolina A&T State University
Journi Symone Harris is a Psychology major and Entrepreneurship
Management minor at North Carolina A&T State University with a focus on
I-O Psychology. As a Student Supervisor at Elements C-Store, she manages
high-volume operations and employee training, while her research explores
the influence of cultural backgrounds on students. Journi plans to pursue
graduate studies to build a career dedicated to organizational
development, employee well-being, and inclusive work cultures.
Allan Hicks, North Carolina A&T State University
Allan Hicks is a senior Psychology major and Psi Chi Parliamentarian at North
Carolina A&T State University. A Student Ambassador and Research
Assistant, he studies language comprehension and thresholds. Off campus,
Allan serves as an Informed Intern Leader for neurodiverse elementary
students, applying principles of motivation, behavior management, and
developmental psychology to organizational contexts
Bryan Larios , Davidson College
Bryan Larios is a senior at Davidson College double-majoring in Psychology
and Philosophy. He serves as a student assistant for Lula Bell’s Resource
Center and Davidson Outdoors, a tutor for Research Methods, and
treasurer for both Davidson Outdoors and QuestBridge. An avid trip
leader, Bryan’s passion for the outdoors began with a 2024 backpacking
trip. His current research, which began in Summer 2025, examines online
sex work through an organizational lens, focusing on how content creators
navigate work-life boundaries.
Eilyn Maldonado Reyes, University of North Carolina at Charlotte
Eilyn is a proud daughter of Honduran immigrants and a first gen-student.
She is a member of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals For
America). She likes to volunteer for Cine Casual yearly Latino Film Festival.
She is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is into sci-fi movies such as
the AVATAR film series and likes to explore new coffee shops in the area.
An avid coffee lover. She is a Charlotte native and is currently double
majoring in Communications with an Organizational Communication
concentration and Spanish, with a desire to pursue a career in HR to help
improve corporate and workplace culture in organizations and be an
advocate for employee needs. She plans to pursue a master’s in industrial
psychology and is hoping this program will help her clarify if she would like
to also pursue a PhD in Organizational Science.
Andy Middleton, University of South Florida
Andy Middleton is a psychology major at USF St. Petersburg and a
research assistant in the WORST and Parent-Adolescent Relationships
labs. His work focuses on organizational psychology, burnout, and
meaningful work. Involved in the Ethics and Debate Club, Andy plans to
pursue graduate training in I-O Psychology to eventually become a
professor and researcher specializing in the future of work.
Tom Muyunga-Mukasa, George Washington University
Tom is a Community Organizer with a passion for mainstreaming public
health, planetary health and population health in optimizing healthy
living and development goals. Tom is a grassroots-based mobilization
practitioner with over 15 years enabling identified communities to
engage in practices preventing diseases, prolonging life and promoting
health. Some of the identified groups include Children under five (5);
Breast-feeding mothers; Persons with disabilities and disorders; Grand
mother headed households; Children-headed households; Persons living
with chronic illnesses; Communities faced with poverty and those
undergoing transformation following disasters, famine and displacement.
Tom has worked in communities in Africa and USA and has contributed
to TB, HIV and Malaria eradication.
Lacey Seem, North Carolina State University
Lacey Seem is a Psychology major and Statistics minor at NC State
(graduating December 2026) pursuing a career in I-O Psychology. A
member of an I-O research lab, she plans to pursue graduate studies
after graduation. Lacey is highly active on campus, serving as a mentor
for TRIO and College Mentors for Kids, as well as a writer and designer
for the Agromeck yearbook. She is passionate about peer mentorship
and seizing opportunities for collaborative growth.
Nur Turner, Wake Forest University
Nur Turner is a Psychology major and Sociology minor at Wake Forest
University. A Mental Health and Wellbeing Ambassador, she holds
executive board positions in the Psychology Club and Cooking up
Connections. Nur serves as a research assistant in the Cultural Thriving
Lab, where she investigates resilience and patience among Muslim
American parents. She plans to pursue a PhD in Social Psychology to
become a research psychologist.
