Yasmin Ayala-Johnson is a sophomore at Appalachian State University majoring in psychology with a concentration in business and a minor in statistics. She was born in Italy, but her family is originally from Panama and the United States. On campus, Yasmin is involved in a research focusing on human factors analytics, especially those pertaining to social media usage, perceptions of organizations, and text analysis. She has recently worked as a metric specialist for Appalachian’s anthropology department, providing up to date statistics on courses and faculty as well as projection models for each. Yasmin also holds strong interests in competitive running, musical instruments, and social justice education and empowerment.

Taylor Edwards
My name is Taylor Edwards and I am from Queens, New York. I am a member of the Isabella T. Jenkins Honors and Scholars Program of Clark Atlanta University as well as the Psi Chi National Honors Society. I major in Psychology and minor in Human Resources. I aspire to go into a PhD program after my undergraduate career and pursue a career as an I/O Psychologist.
Johanna Ramirez
Johanna Ramirez is a senior at DePaul University, majoring in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology. She recently partook in a study abroad program where she conducted research in China with other college students regarding cultural differences in work-family interactions and job satisfaction. She is currently participating in an honors program where she is working on researching negotiation preferences in a job setting. She is a member of Psi Chi honor society and hopes to obtain her Ph.D. in I/O Psychology. Her goal is to work as a consultant for organizations, improving job satisfaction and facilitating a positive work environment for all employees.
Dorian Albritton
My name is Dorian Albritton who is a current senior seeking a degree in psychology with a focus in organizational psychology and minoring in sociology. I am currently a middle school basketball coach as well as an AAU basketball coach in which I develop children’s leadership skills as well as their overall knowledge for the game of basketball. My research interest are talent development and leadership development. Currently developing the first Organizational Science club at UNC Charlotte with Dr. Rogelberg. My goal is pursuing a PhD in organizational psychology/science.
