Shanae Cole is a psychology major at Hampton University with aspirations of becoming an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist. She is currently a member of the National Golden Key Honor society and the National Psychology honor society Phi Chi. Shanae is interested in job satisfaction, performance and work life balance programs.

Samantha Best
Samantha Best recently completed coursework at Kettering University where she will obtain a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She has completed 4 three-month internships at Delphi Electronics & Safety and 1 six-month rotation at Ethicon Endo-surgery, an invasive surgical device company of Johnson & Johnson, Incorporated. Her research interests lie in leadership development/training.
Alexandra Marie Anderson
Alexandra Marie Anderson was born in Cote-d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), where she lived for most of her life. She moved to the United States after getting her high school degree and is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at the University of Houston. She is primarily interested in the influence of workplace on the well-being of workers, specifically women and minorities.
Sabrina Speights
Sabrina Speights is a rising senior at George Mason University, where she is pursuing a degree in psychology with a minor in Spanish. She is currently working on a project addressing diversity in the workplace, but she also has research interests related to employee satisfaction and attitudes. Her goal is to fuse her interests in psychology with the Spanish language in order to conduct research in a Spanish-speaking country. She also enjoys mentoring and advising upcoming students as well as spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
