Ella Washington is a Junior Psychology Major, Management and Organization minor at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She is an Executive Board Member of the Student Government Association as the liaison to Institutional Advancement. While her research interests are varied, Ella is most interested in Change Management within organizations as well as ways to improve employee job satisfaction.
Wayne Taliaferro is a student at Morehouse College, where he majors in Psychology. He has had the opportunity to participate in the 2008 Summer Research Opportunities Program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. There he researched discourse learning practices in Chinese and U.S. elementary mathematics lessons. He is interested in researching the “white male leadership standard” as it relates the overall effectiveness of an organization.
Remi Royal is currently attending Winston Salem State University, where she is majoring in both biology and psychology. She interested in understanding employee attitudes and how they affect the production and outcome of each company or business.
Zoa Ordóñez was born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where she attended an international school. During her spare time, she worked as a translator for medical brigades in rural areas in Honduras. In the fall of 2005, she moved to the United States to pursue a degree in Psychology at the University of Central Arkansas. The research topic in which she is most interested is Employee Motivation and Participation.
