Tosen Nwadei, s a General Management and Finance major at the University of Pittsburgh. He currently works a consultant for the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence and a teaching assistant for an introductory business course titled “Managing Complex Environment”. His research interests include status within groups and larger organizations, small group interaction, social psychology, and sociology. After graduation, he plans on pursuing a career in management consulting and ultimately teaching at an academic institution.


Brandon is a senior Economics and Finance double major at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and will also be studying abroad at the Universitat Mannheim in Germany. He is an active volunteer at a local nursing home and a note taker for students with disabilities. Brandon is also the treasurer for the Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honors Society. He is interested in conducting research in behavioral incentives of employees within organizations.
Ashley S. Tucker is a junior Psychology major at Winston-Salem State University. She is a leader in several student organizations and is currently engaged in various research projects studying trust, employee stress, and group dynamics. Upon graduation, her goal is to obtain a PhD in Organizational Science or a related field. Ultimately, she wants to work in leadership development program for a corporate foundation. Her research interests include leadership, training and development, and rewards and recognition.
Sarah-Anne Leverette is currently a student at Hampton University, where she participates in the Bigger’s Circle which focuses on aiding the museum in its endeavors. She tutors middle and high school aged children through the federal sponsored program Education Talent Search. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in History. She is interested in Organizational Structure and Effectiveness.
