Dean Anoje was born and grew up in Massachusetts. He is a Senior at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst studying Accontaing and Information Systems. His interests include leadership, motivation and educational policy. After graduation, he plans to work at a public accounting firm.

Vannesia Darby is a senior Business Management and Administration major at Bradley and has studied abroad in London and Beijing. Her research interest is the relationship between organizational leadership and employee motivation and morale. She serves multiple leader roles in her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and other campus organizations. Vannesia aspires to use her musical experience and future studies in organizational leadership to build her own Gospel music production corporation.

Tyrice Johnson is a junior Public Administration major with minors in African American Studies, History, and Political Science at Elon University. He is interested in educational policy research and law. At Elon, Tyrice is the President of his fraternity, is a Multicultural Ambassador, participant in Diversity Leadership conferences, and a mentor for the college access program for high school students in Alamance County.Monica Coleman

Monica completed a B.A. in Communications at University of Texas at Arlington and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Psychology at the University of Houston. She has experience in community and employee relations and currently owns a communications consulting company. Additionally, she is a research assistant at the Center for Applied Psychological Research and her interests include overqualification and employee well-being. Her future goals include joining a Ph.D. program in Industrial- Organizational Psychology by 2013 in order to pursue an academic career.
