Yusra is a junior Psychology major at University of Hartford. She wants to continue her education and focus on I/O Psychology. Yusra is fascinated by Ayurvedic medicine, an alternative medicinal approach. Her research examines stress management and meditation. Yusra is currently seeking an internship in this field and anticipates applying to graduate school.

Leyla Bagheri
Leyla received her B.A. in Psychology from York University in 2012. Her research interests focus on factors that contribute to personal well-being and enhanced performance. These include leader-employee relationship dynamics. She has conducted her own research at York University on the relationship between leadership orientations and emotional facial recognition. She plans to pursue graduate school and earn a PhD in I/O Psychology. Her goal is to conduct meaningful and practical research to assist organizations to optimally and compassionately manage their human resources.
Samera Ahmed
Samera is a Psychology major in her Junior year at the University of South Florida. Her interests include a variety of organizational topics including leadership; team performance and communication, motivation and volunteer retention. Her long term plans include obaining a graduate degree in I/O Psychology and managing a non-profit organization.
Sofia Roth
Sofia is a rising senior at George Mason University. Her field of study is Psychology with a concentration in Work and Organizational Psychology and a minor in Business. Her research interests include workplace diversity and discrimination focusing on inclusion and retention. She plans to apply to graduate school pursuing a PhD in I/O Psychology and become a researcher/teacher in academia.
