Kristy is a junior majoring in Psychology at California State University San Marcos. She is involved in Psi Chi, the Psychology Student Organization, Tukwut Leadership Circle, and the Social Psychology research lab. Kristy also volunteers at her local library as an adult literacy tutor. Kristy plans to enter a graduate program in I/O psychology, focusing her research on positive psychology, personality, and group dynamics. Her professional goals include pursuing an applied organizational psychology career, while being an active researcher to help create workplaces where people can thrive.

Kristy Kay
Jazmin Rodgers
Jazmin is a senior at Eastern Michigan University double majoring in Psychology and Human Resource Management. She is currently an intern within the Ronald E. McNair Scholars Foundation, a mentor of a youth group within the university community, and a member of a research team conducting qualitative research to explore perceptions of women in organizations. Ultimately Jazmin plans to become a professor and will begin graduate school in the fall of 2015 to study I/O psychology or organizational behavior. Her research interests are in organizational diversity, minorities within teams, organizational training, and organizational communication.
Ahleah Miles
Ahleah is a junior in the Honors College at West Chester University of Pennsylvania majoring in Psychology with a Communications Minor. Ahleah is an active member of the Honors Student Association holding the position of Social Committee Chair. She looks forward to conducting I/O psychology research with Dr. Bunk at West Chester next semester. Ahleah plans to continue her education in an I/O doctoral program in order to become a professor. Ahleah’s research interests include organizational diversity, individuality, and leadership.
Surizaday Serrano
Surizaday is a senior majoring in Psychology and Economics at the University of Houston. She is currently involved in multiple research projects in an I/O lab with psychology faculty. She is an upcoming vice-president for the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Upon graduation, Surizaday aspires to obtain a PhD in I/O Psychology in order to contribute to the field of research. Her research interests include work safety, personnel selection, job satisfaction, workplace stressors, and personality testing.
