Monique Domingo earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Management) from San Francisco State University and was awarded the Management Department Honoree in Spring 2015. As an undergraduate, Monique was a teacher’s assistant for two years as she genuinely enjoyed providing academic support and mentorship for students. Not only did this give her the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with grading, but it also gave her the chance to develop and lecture a module for two three-hour class sessions. From her senior year to post-graduation, Monique actively participated as a research assistant for the San Francisco State University Management Department. She has previous experience as a supervisor for Wells Fargo Bank but currently works part-time at WW International. Monique’s goal is to pursue a PhD in Organizational Behavior to become a professor and scholar. Through these roles, she hopes to inspire and to provide mentorship for students, especially for those who are underrepresented.

Research Topic I am Interested In
Just recently I learned about inclusiveness and diversity in organizations and I have been looking more into it and I feel it blends my interests together.
I am primarily interested in diversity in organizations and person job fit.
I am also intrigued by individual differences specifically their leadership styles and their relationships with others such as their manager’s, coworkers and the organization.
