Xavier is a junior majoring in Psychology at Clayton State University. He is involved in research labs in both the psychology and business departments. He is the Vice President of his university’s local chapter of the Society For Human Resource Management. Xavier aspires to obtain his PhD in I/O psychology. His research interests include diversity, discrimination, leadership, organizational climate, as well as organizational development. Xavier’s career aspirations are to not only inspire the minds of future scholars in academia but to also consult for the organizations of tomorrow.

Val Alterman
Valeria has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. She manages the I/O Psychology research lab on campus under the Department of Management at the Warrington College of Business. Valeria wants to pursue a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology and her research interests include workplace leadership, leader-member exchange, and employee motivation. Valeria hopes to stay in academia and continue doing research while teaching interesting courses at a prestigious university.
Roberta Evans
Roberta Evans was born and raised in Grenada. She recently completed her undergraduate studies in psychology from Baruch College in New York City. Roberta plans to attend graduate school to obtain her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is a member of Psi Chi and has been involved in various research labs at Baruch College. Her research interests include how factors such as emotions in the workplace, job satisfaction and employee engagement can contribute to, or hinder organization efficiency.
Rickyta Mallet
Rickyta, a native of Greenwood, MS, is a recent graduate from Mississippi Valley State University with bachelor’s degrees in both Sociology and Political Science. Rickyta’s goals for graduate school are to study issues of globalization and the economy. On campus Rickyta is active with a plethora of organizations, taking leadership positions, tutoring other students on campus, and working in the athletics department.
