Courtney Sholar is a junior psychology major at Spelman College. At Spelman, participates in the student programming board (PULSE), Psi Chi, and the Psychology Honors Department. After graduation, she plans to attend graduate school and earn a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology or occupational health psychology. Her overall goal is to increase research on the psychological and physiological effects of workplace stress on employees of different professions.

Christina Primous
Christina Primous was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan with her B.S.E in Industrial and Operations Engineering and a minor in Afroamerican and African Studies. Her goals are to continue her education, receive a Masters and Ph.D., and ultimately pursue a career in the professoriate. Her research interests include: African American student retention in STEM disciplines, the impact of adult mentorship in retaining STEM students, and the role of religious institutions in influencing minority students to pursue STEM careers.
Catalina Aguirre Burneo
Catalina Aguirre Burneo was born and raised in Loja, Ecuador. She is currently a senior at the University of San Francisco de Quito, but has also studied in British Columbia, Canada and at North Carolina State University as an exchange student. She is a teacher assistant as USFQ and has various academic interests, including clinical psychology, psychology of the public interest, social injustice, human behavior, and I/O psychology. She also enjoys traveling, playing chess, and spending time with her family.
