Kimberly Zuniga is a rising junior at Pace University. She is a member of the Pforzheimer Honors College and is studying Applied Psychology and Human Relations. Kimberly is also a member of the Psi Chi International Honors Society in Psychology. Kimberly enjoys participating in community service during her free time and was a member of Pace’s Leadership and Service House for First-Year Students. As a first-generation student, Kimberly enjoys giving back to the community by participating in mentorship programs for minority first-year students. She also is currently interning with adults on the autism spectrum as a program coordinator and member of the production team for a theater program. Upon graduation, Kimberly would like to pursue a graduate degree and aspires to either become an Industrial Organizational Psychologist or a Leadership Initiatives Coordinator for a University.

Daisy Torres is a Senior at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte majoring in Marketing with a concentration in Analytics and a minor in International Management. A native Charlottean, she organizes business counseling clinics for low-income, female-identifying entrepreneurs in her free time. She is currently an active member of Omicron Delta Kappa, National Leadership Honors Society and was recently inducted into Phi Kappa Phi, National Academic honors Society. Some of her other campus involvements include being a Peer Mentor for first-year underrepresented students, a volunteer for Hispanic College Awareness Program and being a sister of Sigma Kappa Sorority.
Emily Chavez
I am primarily interested in motivation within the workforce as well as looking for ways to minimize burnout within employees. I am a rising senior majoring in Psychology and working towards a certificate in Organizational Management at California State University of Fresno. I am currently a member of Psi Chi, Phi Kappa Phi, and serve as the Chief Educational Officer for Kappa Alpha Theta. Currently I am conducting research on self-efficacy and ownership within Pre-Psychology majors throughout the course of their Research and Methodology class. My goals for the future include pursuing a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology then later using my expertise to consult and research on fortune 500 companies looking into employee satisfaction and engagement strategies.
Mikala Jones
My name is Mikala Jones and I am a rising senior at the College of William & Mary majoring in Psychology and minoring in Management and Organizational Leadership. I am a native of Richmond, VA. I am involved in several organizations on campus including Psi Chi and I currently serve as my chapter’s Vice President in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. After obtaining my Bachelor’s degree, I plan to attend graduate school to pursue a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
