Leyla received her B.A. in Psychology from York University in 2012. Her research interests focus on factors that contribute to personal well-being and enhanced performance. These include leader-employee relationship dynamics. She has conducted her own research at York University on the relationship between leadership orientations and emotional facial recognition. She plans to pursue graduate school and earn a PhD in I/O Psychology. Her goal is to conduct meaningful and practical research to assist organizations to optimally and compassionately manage their human resources.

Samera is a Psychology major in her Junior year at the University of South Florida. Her interests include a variety of organizational topics including leadership; team performance and communication, motivation and volunteer retention. Her long term plans include obaining a graduate degree in I/O Psychology and managing a non-profit organization.
Sofia Roth
Sofia is a rising senior at George Mason University. Her field of study is Psychology with a concentration in Work and Organizational Psychology and a minor in Business. Her research interests include workplace diversity and discrimination focusing on inclusion and retention. She plans to apply to graduate school pursuing a PhD in I/O Psychology and become a researcher/teacher in academia.
Dean Anoje
Dean Anoje was born and grew up in Massachusetts. He is a Senior at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst studying Accontaing and Information Systems. His interests include leadership, motivation and educational policy. After graduation, he plans to work at a public accounting firm.
