Jazmin is a senior at Eastern Michigan University double majoring in Psychology and Human Resource Management. She is currently an intern within the Ronald E. McNair Scholars Foundation, a mentor of a youth group within the university community, and a member of a research team conducting qualitative research to explore perceptions of women in organizations. Ultimately Jazmin plans to become a professor and will begin graduate school in the fall of 2015 to study I/O psychology or organizational behavior. Her research interests are in organizational diversity, minorities within teams, organizational training, and organizational communication.

Ahleah Miles
Ahleah is a junior in the Honors College at West Chester University of Pennsylvania majoring in Psychology with a Communications Minor. Ahleah is an active member of the Honors Student Association holding the position of Social Committee Chair. She looks forward to conducting I/O psychology research with Dr. Bunk at West Chester next semester. Ahleah plans to continue her education in an I/O doctoral program in order to become a professor. Ahleah’s research interests include organizational diversity, individuality, and leadership.
Surizaday Serrano
Surizaday is a senior majoring in Psychology and Economics at the University of Houston. She is currently involved in multiple research projects in an I/O lab with psychology faculty. She is an upcoming vice-president for the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Upon graduation, Surizaday aspires to obtain a PhD in I/O Psychology in order to contribute to the field of research. Her research interests include work safety, personnel selection, job satisfaction, workplace stressors, and personality testing.
Charlie Coats
Charlie is a resident of Tchula, MS and a senior at Mississippi Valley State University studying Sociology. He is the president of the Social Sciences Student Council. He has many research interests, including nuclear energy, environmental justice, and the history of sexual politics. After graduation, his goal is to attend a research university and earn a Master’s and PhD in Sociology. His career goals include working at a non-profit research center and contributing as a staff writer to an eco-socio-political magazine such as Mother Jones.
