Siedah Garrett is a sophomore psychology major at Hampton University from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon graduating Hampton University, Siedah, plans to attend graduate school for her Ph.D in organizational science. Her research interests lie in organizational communication, and her goal is to become an internal communication consultant for a major corporation.
Erik Garcia was born and grew up in Colorado. A lifelong interest in sports led him to play football for Nebraska Wesleyan University for 2 years. Now a student at Colorado State University, Erik is participating in College Council and the University Facility Fee Advisory Board (UFFAB). Erik is interested in how emotions affect motivation and how to stabilize emotions so they can be used more effectively in the workplace.
Scarlett Espinoza was born in Nicaragua, but has lived in Miami, Florida for many years now. She attends the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut, and is Vice President of her university’s chapter of Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology. She is a third year student, majoring in Psychology and her research interests are positive reinforcement, motivation and in-group bias.
Brandon Crosby was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He was accepted to Morehouse College on a full scholarship, and was interested in both psychology and business. He is interested in how the opinion of an employee’s boss affects productivity at the workplace.
