Brandon is a senior Economics and Finance double major at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and will also be studying abroad at the Universitat Mannheim in Germany. Ashley S. Tucker is a junior Psychology major at Winston-Salem State University. She is a leader in several student organizations and is currently engaged in various research projects studying trust, employee stress, and group dynamics. Upon graduation, her goal is to obtain a PhD in Organizational Science or a related field. Ultimately, she wants to work in leadership development program for a corporate foundation. Ella Washington is a Junior Psychology Major, Management and Organization minor at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She is an Executive Board Member of the Student Government Association as the liaison to Institutional Advancement. While her research interests are varied, Ella is most interested in Change Management within organizations as well as ways to improve employee job satisfaction.
