Joshua Rivera is junior psychology major at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is interested in social and cognitive psychology and is interested in researching on creativity, motivation, and productivity in the workplace. He is involved in educational and community service organizations on campus. Joshua plans to attend graduate school after completing his bachelor’s degree and hopes to be a professor in order to teach and conduct research.

Grant Thomas
Grant Thomas is a junior at Davidson College majoring in Psychology with a concentration in Education. He is a Psi Chi mentor for freshmen considering psychology majors and a Bonner Scholar, a community service based scholarship. Additionally, he has leadership roles in his fraternity, Phi Delta Theta, and the Civic Engagement Council. Outside of academics and service, Grant is also a linebacker on Davidson’s football team. His research interests include counterproductive work behaviors and non-profit organizations’ effectiveness.
Nuvie Ewharekuko
Nuvie Ewharekuko is a sophomore majoring in General Management and Finance with a minor in Economics at the University of Pittsburgh. She is a leader is numerous student organizations and has gained experience through Human Resources internships at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and PNC Financial Services Group. Her research interest is leadership capabilities across contexts.
Tosen Nwadei

Tosen Nwadei, s a General Management and Finance major at the University of Pittsburgh. He currently works a consultant for the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence and a teaching assistant for an introductory business course titled “Managing Complex Environment”. His research interests include status within groups and larger organizations, small group interaction, social psychology, and sociology. After graduation, he plans on pursuing a career in management consulting and ultimately teaching at an academic institution.
