Nicole Aranda is a rising senior at the University of Central Florida. She is majoring in Psychology with a focus in I/O Psychology and a minor in Business. Nicole has recently been elected Secretary of the Psi Chi International Honor Society and is a member of SPIOP (Student Professionals for Industrial and Organizational Psychology). She is currently a research assistant for Predictors of Spatial Construction lab which is studying the threat-to-self-esteem model. Nicole also spends her time being an undergraduate teacher’s assistant for one of her previous professors. She plans on pursuing a master’s degree in I/O Psychology to one day become a consultant.
