Corrie Marshall is a rising senior at Bradley University where she is a double major in Organizational Communication and Psychology with a minor in Management and Leadership. She is currently the Community Service Officer for Psi Chi and will be the incoming President of the Bradley University Chapter. She has been a research assistant to Dr. Allen Huffcutt for two years, focusing on behavioral interviewing. Recently, Corrie was a Student Aide where she helped students transition from high school to college, assisted students with academic advising, co-instructed two university experience courses, and conducted workshops for time management and goal setting. After undergrad, she plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations. Ultimately, Corrie hopes to become a consultant or chief human resources officer to guide and encourage organizations to reshape their models to develop and utilize an increasingly diverse workforce.
