I am primarily interested in motivation within the workforce as well as looking for ways to minimize burnout within employees. I am a rising senior majoring in Psychology and working towards a certificate in Organizational Management at California State University of Fresno. I am currently a member of Psi Chi, Phi Kappa Phi, and serve as the Chief Educational Officer for Kappa Alpha Theta. Currently I am conducting research on self-efficacy and ownership within Pre-Psychology majors throughout the course of their Research and Methodology class. My goals for the future include pursuing a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology then later using my expertise to consult and research on fortune 500 companies looking into employee satisfaction and engagement strategies.
