Monica completed a B.A. in Communications at University of Texas at Arlington and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Psychology at the University of Houston. She has experience in community and employee relations and currently owns a communications consulting company. Additionally, she is a research assistant at the Center for Applied Psychological Research and her interests include overqualification and employee well-being.
