
Josefina Espino is a recent Business Administration graduate from California State University of San Marcos, where she focused her studies in Management. As a student, she contributed to the development of the Latino Business Student Association and played a key role in the implementation of the Cougar Career Closet which has helped over 350 of her peers acquire professional clothing. While at CSUSM, Josefina was nominated for the CLIMB Student Leadership Award and the President’s Student Champion Award for Inclusive Excellence and Diversity. She is currently part of the UndocuStudent Research team, which is focused on identifying ways to support undocumented students. Josefina plans on pursuing a PhD in Management with a focus in Organizational Behavior. Her research interests include organizational diversity and how organizations foster inclusivity.
