Desiree’ McHellon is a rising senior at Auburn University at Montgomery majoring in Psychology and minoring in Human Resource Management. She currently works on enhancing campus life for students by improving their academic performance through tutoring and providing community to residents by using her Resident Assistant experience. Desiree’ has also been Resident Assistant for Housing for the past five semesters while tutoring in the subjects of math, writing, and psychology. She also works with her department to assist in research while building deep connections with her professors. Desiree’ would like to attend graduate school to pursue a degree in the field of Industrial-Organizational in hopes to improve the government and raise employee morale. Desiree’ has an interest in doing research involving the workplace, discrimination, and organization development.
